Information Technology Our Information Technology Department has a balance of personnel who not only have extensive recruiting experience, but also have managed IT organizations. We know first hand what is important to clients. Clients often utilize contract employees to fulfill immediate requirements for specialized projects, short-term development needs, or as an interim solution for a long-term search. Contract projects often require someone to start work the next day at an hourly rate, for projects which last anywhere from six to nine months.
