Insurance The Insurance Department consists of individuals with a combined experience of twenty-five years in the insurance recruiting industry. This cohesive unit practices the "team-concept" approach to the industry that virtually assures securing the right candidates for the client. Regional and nationwide searches are common for the Insurance Department. Combining an extensive database with a strong national affiliation is key to completing our assignment.
